We consistently look for ways in which we can streamline costs for our clients without compromising the quality of service we offer. To that end we operate, as much as possible, a paperless office. We do not keep hard copies of client files, annual client questionnaires are completed online and we encourage our customers to receive their finished accounts in PDF format, wherever possible.
Our meeting rooms in Nelson, Richmond, Blenheim and Tamahere in the Waikato are equipped with the latest technology so we can meet online with our clients.
We can also travel to clients when needed.
